Process for Life Coaching

1. Fill out the intake form
2. Determine date and time for meeting
3. Pay for session using Venmo (details will be arranged)
4. Meredith will send you a Zoom link for the session
5. Complete the MB Life Coaching Feedback form

Pricing Information

Coaching session length: 30 minutes

Cost: $30 per session, payable through Venmo

Organizing/De-cluttering session length:  varies by job and client

Cost:  $60/hour, payable through Venmo

Organizing-

Working on my closet organization project with Meredith was a joy.  She made the daunting task of cleaning out my closet feel both doable and fun.  My closet is so much more functional now.  All my items are visible and easily accessible.  Meredith helped me to pare my closet down to the items I love and actually wear.  It was an emotional process and Meredith coached me through it expertly.  I recommend Meredith to anyone who is ready to tackle an overwhelming organization project.

Working with Meredith has been amazing.  Not only do I have less clutter, mess and stuff I don't need or use, I am better at keeping things organized.  I also look at everything that comes into our home in a new light.  Do we really need it?  Where will it live?  And, finally, let's put it in the place it belongs!

Although Meredith is my sister, I feel like I can be unbiased in my review and opinion of how she has helped me.  Over Christmas break, she volunteered to help me organize my closet. We went through every item in my closet, and she was so incredibly helpful guiding me through decisions on whether I should keep an item or donate it.  When we were finished, she put my closet back together, and left me with a closet full of clothes that I love, and clothes that fit me. No longer am I bombarded with the emotional assault of clothes that no longer fit my body.  This was so impactful in my life and had such an amazing “trickle down” effect for other items in my home.  I realized through her coaching and guidance that by organizing different spaces in my home, my mind could be clearer and not cluttered with negative thoughts.  I will forever be grateful to her this huge change she helped me with – not just in my closet, but in my life.
